Do you mean Belfast? Belfast is part of the UK, dummy. You may need to provide proof of identity when passing through security, but that's the only reason to take your passport when travelling from London to Belfast.

no - it's a UK internal flight. However if you have one take it with you, it will prove age if you want to go out for a drink in a pub for instance.

I'm pretty sure you need a passport in London. It's always good to have it, just in case. And Plus you get a stamp for where you're going :)
