You can visit any country of the so-called Schengen country if you have a visa of one of them.
Schengen is the name applied to a series of agreements that eliminate border controls between most but not all European countries.
The government of the following countries signed the Schengen agreements :
Austria
Belgium
Czech Republic
Denmark
Estonia
Finland
France
Germany
Greece
Hungary
Iceland
Italy
Latvia
Lithuania
Luxembourg
Malta
Netherlands
Norway
Poland
Portugal
Slovakia
Slovenia
Spain
Sweden
Ireland and the United Kingdom, although members of the European Union, are not part of the Schengen area. Hence you cannot visit them except by obtaining their own visa, from one of their embassies abroad.

You need an Irish visa. Your Italian visa is Schengen and you may travel throughout the mainland EU countries, and Iceland Norway and Malta. But the UK and Ireland are excluded. |

I don't think so. Even though its all Europe, different countries have their own rules about access. |

probably not as visas are just for one country. You'll have to get two if you want to visit Ireland. |
