Try ggogle.ie. Put in her name and car accident December. If it was reported in any of the Irish papers, even the local ones, you may come up trumps.
Or try emailing traffic@garda.ie. They deal with Traffic Related/Road Safety issues, and just might have info on this particular accident.

accidents are getting very common in ireland these days, i was in Ireland in July, i got caught up in the queue of Traffice following an accident on the N9, just north of Thomastown,
the driver was killed- i believe, this was due to a Polish Lorry driving on the wrong side of the Road,
if she was an American, contact the American Embassy in Dublin, they should be to help |
