Northern Ireland uses the £ sterling. However, mant shops, especially those on the border accept euro. British law states that all shops will accept euro BUt in practice this is raely true, especially in England. |

No they use sterling, but it's a slightly differnt type like there Scottish sterling, English sterling and NI sterling, not sure bout Wales. Some places accept Euro though

We visited Londonderry (Northern Ireland ) last year and just used the British pound. It's Southern Ireland for the Euro.
