Do you mean to visit or just "which is better?" I've never been to Scotland (though I really want to go) but I traveled around Ireland for 2 weeks last summer and I loved it so much that I almost want to move there.

Ireland is soo much more beautiful than Scotland (sorry scottish people!)

It has it's own language, ther is so much more in Ireland than in Scotland which is just like upper england.
