haha he's speaking English. Meant to be doing an irish traveller accent but he doesnt pull it off. About as bad as tom cruise in far and away

It was a very bad attempt at copying the Irish accent. The Northern Irish accent he did was even worse.

It's supposed to be an Irish Traveller/gypsy accent which is different to an Irish accent. Irish Travellers have their own language known as Shelta which was originally based on old Gaelic with some English influences, It also contains elements of Romany languages.
