Is anyone else a fan of Ireland...and doesn't live there?

I started liking it a long time ago, but around me everyone sees me as some kind of freak for being fan of a country... of all the things you can be fan of... I'm fan of a country.

So... am I the only one in the planet who is this way? Is there any other Irish fan??

Yeah, you have to NOT live there to be a true fan. Once you have spent a few months here you will realise, you have been a fan of a myth that exists in the US.

Crazy
I love the place, I was born and brought up in Liverpool and still live here, I have an Irish background, my grandparents were born in Donegal and came over to England when they were kids. Many people in Liverpool will tell you they are of Irish decent and Liverpool is known by many as the capital of Ireland. If I had the opportunity to move over to Erin, I would do so in a heart beat. You are not a freak my friend and don't let others deter you from loving the old country, you are not alone. ( ERIN GO BRAH ), Ireland forever.
