hey i live in tyrone in n.ireland and yea its a great place to live, different parts are different in looks, the weather is the only bad thing, its very unpredictable, one day its really really sunny and hot, then the next its really really cold and wet ! it suits all kinds of people, people who like peace and quiet can live in the country side with lots of space and scenary, and people who like the night life and big citys can go to belfast, dublin and lots of other places, but if i was you if you like good weather and beautiful scenary go to donegal, and for the nightlife and big malls and stuff go to dublin! |

All depends on where you live in america the coastline marin county in California is a bit like parts of Ireland.
I'll Probably be flamed for saying that.
I am from Tralee in the South West of Ireland I think the surrounding country side and coastline is lovely. |

it's the kind of place that whoever created it sure took his time for it. But it was time well spent |

The west coast is very pretty and so is the northern coast. Dublin, although not as big as other capital city's, is pretty much the same. If you want to live somewhere where there is scenery, then head outside of Dublin. |

You do not mention where you live so hard to make a comparison but I live in Co. Sligo in north west Ireland and would never move from here due to its beauty, parts like the Lord Of The Rings films, friendly helpful people, quiet yet surpringly easy to get to anywhere in Ireland due to incredible road and transport improvements over the past 5 years.
Rents and house prices are still low here, many lovely places still under 150,000 euros that would cost a million euro in parts of Dublin. Nice houses for rent around 400 euros a month that would cost 2000 a month or more in Dublin, yet wages not much lower than Dublin.
How easy it is to live here and become a resident depends on what country you live in, but it is generally much easier than becoming resident in the UK, and much much easier than becoming a resident in the USA |

jokes aside, I've been there and it's a lovely place, I just think it's a little Dull, although I haven't had enough of an oppertunity to explore it.
I haven't really had a chance to explore the U.S either but *shrug* it's always good to check now places out, so go for it! |
