No. Castro rose as a revolutionary/terrorist and still controls Cuba. Many political groups are so-called legitimate, but have rather interesting connections and history that fit the profile. Putin in Russia used to be KGB after all. Do you consider Kim Jong-il a terrorist? Some do.

it's just the unionist killings and attacks were glossed over during the Troubles and the IRA ones weren't so the IRA were called the terrorists, but the unionists are just as bad. |
