You can get a bus from Dublin airport direct to Belfast, then you would have to get a bus from Befast city centre to the airport, this would be the most direct route.

You could get a bus to Dublin (city centre) and the the train to Belfast and then a bus to the airport, however the most direct route and cheapest way is to get a bus to Belfast City Centre form Dublin Airport and then a bus from Belfast to Belfast Airport. Check out the following websites

Ps. For the people talking about O'Connelly Street Train Station. WTF?? There is no such place as O'Connelly St. in Dublin, There is Connolly Train Station which is in Amien Street about 5min. walk from O'Connell St.

Get a taxi from the airport to O'Connelly street train station, it's about 20euros, then get the train up to Belfast its about £10, that's the easiest way
