Is there a place in Ireland that rarely sees the sun?

I really need to know, as I am writing a book. And, if possible, a place that rarely sees sun AND rains sometimes?
Thanks in advance,
Shelliie.
Additional Details
Or another place that does? It can be anywhere in the world.

I know a place in Ireland that only gets the sun for 10 minutes a year. Its the inner sanctum of the Megalithic Passage Grave in Newgrange. The sun shines through a slit in the roof box on the morning of the Winter Solstice and lasts for a few minutes. It's a World Heritage site and open to visitors.
Look it up on Google, it's one of my favourite place to visit. Also it rains in the Boyne Valley for about 250 days a year.

If you're writing a book & it's a work of fiction, you can make it up, a cave buried in a forest or a house deep in the forest

Inside many houses there are no sun or rain. Also under trees.
