It's rained on and off everyday for the last 43 days in Dublin.
I'd suggest some wellies and an umbrella.

Not outdoors weather but you get spells of sunshine every so often.

Layers - the weather can cahnge in 5 mins from dry, bright sunny and very warm to torrential rain with wind that would soak you in seconds!

the weather is much the same as England, but we are not getting the floods.
It's either raining or sunny. It's sunny now, but there were heavy downpours earlier in the day, so a waterproof light jacket and an umbrella

wetdufflecoats
Its usually showery and sunny and times just come prepared because its quite mild also

So far today (Monday) it started dull and a bit muggy. Got chilly as the morning progressed - about 15 degrees. Then around 11am the heavens opened for about 20 minutes and we had torrential rain. Right now - 13.37, the sky is blue and it's sunny. But I'm sure it will change again about 10 times before the end of the day. Does that help?
