Ice100 - according the census, anyone not a citizen of Ireland is classed a foreigner, and seeing as our UK-citizen population makes up over a quarter of all immigrants (over 120,000, twice that of the next largest group, the Poles) it's probably worth mentioning them. Irish citizens are classed as immigrants - thus foreigners - in the UK, US etc. |
