Firstly if you want to do your GCSEs then the south is out of the question. You'd have to stay in Northern Ireland. There is Absolutely no organisation which would 'hitch you up with a family' if you move from England to Northern Ireland.
A boarding school would be the only option but it's extremely expensive and I don't know of any full boarding schools which would take you for the weekends.
I know you've said you want to keep your reasons for wanting to move to yourself and that's fine but you need a reality check.
1. You are 14 and still the responsibility of your parent(s).
2. You cannot work so there is no way you could personally fund yourself to and level to live abroad.
I'm sorry but you are just too young to be contemplating something like this.
If you are having problems in school just think in a couple of short years you never have to see any of these people again, in the mean time with this in mind you should discuss these problems with your Mum or teachers. No one should have to put up with bullies but unfortunately some of us do. I'm only guessing here and I could be way off track but what ever your problem is (there obviously is one) you should not have to go through it alone especially at 14. |

GCSE course will only be readily available through a Northern Ireland School System. What part of Ireland did you wish to study in as the courses in Irish schools are different dependent on which side of the boarded you are studying in.
There are ways to stay to study but were needs answering first. |

We don't do GCSE in Ireland, dear, unless you mean Northern Ireland. In the Republic, we do the Junior Cert, which is a different curriculum. |

The education system is completely different here in the Republic of Ireland to the UK. We do not have GCSE's. We have the Junior cert and Leaving cert.
To find out more about our education system here I am giving you a link.
