Hi go for a long walk singing out loud and make sure nobody hears you.
Buy a stress ball. They are great.
Do a spot of writing.
Read a Novel at night for half an hour to rest your head.
Eat Good food. Breakfast is a must.
If you hate breakfast. Then go for a cereal Yogart drink.
Do a bit of Yoga.
You can never panic as long as you breathe the correct way.
Watch a bit of T.V to relax.
Put away your phone while studying.
Read your messages after study.
Go to the pub and have a drink.
The atmosphere alone is relaxing.
Power naps. Only 15min though.
After that your brain thinks you are going to sleep for a few hours. Look that up. It could be 10 min.
That is all I can think off.
Best of Luck in your exams
Edit: Also listen to music. I find dancing to Bon Jovi or GnR does wonders for stress.
But you might be into Lady Ga, Ga.
lol

Three days stuck behind a desk and all I've managed is half an essay on Walcott! Every single thing from books, CD's or even chipping off my nail polish distracts me!
