Depending on from where in Finglas to where in Coolock, furtherest points, about 2 hours brisk. There are bus services running from finglas to coolock, but even at that it take about a hour and a half because of traffic. Best way to travel to and from these location is by bicycle and you would be looking at about half an hour maybe 45 minutes. Enjoy living in Ireland, Finglas is not gangland, it's like every where it has its good and bad.

Hi,

You are talking about 1-2 hour depending on were your going from and going to. But Dublin Bus has a route that goes from Finglas to Coolock. Not sure of the bus number but check out their web site for info.

Hope that helps.

This is a long walk. Basically Coolock is in the north of the city and Finglas is West, this would take a while even in a car. Have a look at this website. Its pretty accurate. http://www.dto.ie/web2006/jp.htm

don't go living in Finglas, unless you like gangland shootings every w/end

but your talking a good 1 hour-1 hour 30 mins

take the 17A it'll get you from coolock-finglas and back in no time

it depends on the part of coolock because coolock cover quite a bit of an area. your prob lookin at 1 and a half hours. the roads wouldnt be the best too walk either and you have to go through santry.

the 17a runs from finglas and goes through the vilage all the way down to kilbarrack and it passes just beside coolock village and sometimes goes through coolock industrial estate. passes by northside shoppin centre and cadburys. stops close to uci.

if you like walking go for it, but it is a fair distance and the bus journey depending on time of day might take between half an hour to an hour.depends on traffic and if it goes through industrail estate.when i used to get bus to finglas from uci, was there in bour 40 minutes during rush hours in the morning.

i never tried to walk it, but if you are goin to be near the end near santry, you could possibly walk it if you have the time!

hope this helps!

enjoy!!
