do not go to austrailia! if you think its hard gettin a job here you have no chance of gettin one there!
canada, or somewhere cheap, and really warm like spain :)

I would recommend Australia. Didn't do it myself but I know a good few people who did a year out to work and travel around Oz and they all had the time of their lives.

If you are under 30 you can apply for a working holiday visa for Australia for up to two years:

Miss Fancy
Canada might be the easiest,
the USA doesn't like to give out work permits.
Also, jobs in the US right now are sloww.
Not sure about Canada or Oz though.
Good luck!!

Also,
What about jobs in the EU?
I think Irish nationals can obtain jobs in the EU easily.

Dee
I think australia, if you have a trade you will have no trouble getting a job there at the moment, and its pretty easy to get a visa. My sister in law decided to that a couple of months ago and got her visa no problem. She was also told she would have no problem getting a job over there.

Orla C
You heard right. I would advise either sitting tight for the moment, or looking into going back into education.
