haha.. you're not going to get a lot of serious answers with the jokers around here!! ;-)

Anyway, depends what you're looking for.... if it's carvery then the Duke, just off Grafton St does nice food apparently (I don't like carvery so don't eat there)... otherwise Keating's off Mary St is a nice big pub (kinda trendy) with good food (also has a restaurant downstairs. If I think of anything else I'll add it on.

Edit: The Market Bar off Georges St. does Tapas style food which can be kinda nice if you're not looking for a big meal with your drinks.

The Porter House at the bottom of Grafton St - couldn't be any more convenient and does good pub grub as well as pizzas and things. MASSIVE selection of beers as well!

Mother Reillys in Rathmines has won loads of awards for food, really nice pub too.

I liked Captain Americas on Grafton St.
kind of an Irish version of the Hard Rock Cafe, decent Bugers & Guiness
