Kind of depends what job sector you are thinking about..but they are still there to be had!! If you go on a few sites just to get an idea of jobs and maybe download or access a few newspapers, particularly the Independent on Thursday has a jobs pull-out sector every week, and local papers would have similar info. Maybe come for a visit or two first, get your bearings again, see what you think. Great you have a site! Best of luck:)

at the moment downturn in all areas of economy, also Ireland the most expensive place to live in europe,,so lots to think of,,

Where in Ireland are you headed?

My husband's a builder and if there's a downturn then it's passed him by as he's flat out.

You need to be more specific, what type of work will you be looking for? What part of Ireland are you moving to?
There is a bit of a downturn at the moment in the economy, so if your not completely financially secure be careful!
Otherwise good luck and I hope you find what your looking for.
