oppps i misread your question
your the one who wants to travel to ireland sorry my bad arrr first you need a biritsh passport where are you going to within ireland if your going to N ireland you dont need a visa but if your going to s. ireland you will need a visa go to the Irish embassy in london or ask them to sent you a visa form. They will make an appointment with you to see if your suitable to have one, but you cannot go to s.ireland unless you have one......

take no notice of what i put below lol i miss read your question

if he is from southern ireland then he will need to get a visa to work in the England but if he is from Belfast then there is no need to get a visa. If he is from southern ireland then he need to go to the british embassy in ireland and ask them for a visa...

as someone stated you could go to irleand and marry him and come back as your husband but i am not sure on the pacifics on this... you need to see a lawyer....

UK Action Man
