Ireland is the same as any democratic country with a lot of opportunties, you have been given some very good links, and people here are very helpful.

Wow, thats awesome. I have been there and it is beautiful there.
I am not sure how to get a job there or what is involved with it: like paperwork.
I am sure you have to get a work visa or something like that.
Contact the Irish embassy and ask them...they should know.

If you are an EU national, the paperwork in moving will be a lot easier, all you'll need is a residency permit, talk to your parents about this because they might know more.

If you are not an EU national, it could take a bit more to get organised, so contact the Irish Embassy or Consulate in your country to find out what you need to do.

You're lucky, actually, because you probably could live with your parents for a bit before finding your own house, property has become horrendously expensive in recent years.

For jobs, try www.fas.ie or www.recruitireland.ie and see how you get on. Otherwise wait till you get here, get your CV in order and start pounding the pavements.
