well if you want something cliched but obviously irish then id have a name that gravitates around 'shamrock', if its a traditional sort of place something like your family name i.e. Donegans and generally you cant go wrong if you include the name of the place the pub is in e.g. Antrim Way etc....but please let there be no leprechauns anywhere in the name! If its modern then id go for something ambiguous!
