I should be doing something else
Someone asked the exact same question the other day so I will just paste my answer to them below.

Just to point out, in Northern Ireland, you can work from the age of 13 provided it is a low-risk job with limited working hours.

Your best option is to try word of mouth by getting your parents to ask around to see if anyone has any jobs for you, or going into your local town/village and asking in cafes and restaurants if they would let you do some table clearing and washing dishes.
Some supermarkets take on under 16's to do tasks such as shelf stacking and bagging groceries.

Just be aware that due to the fact that you are under 16, you have no minimum wage, so basically they can pay you whatever they feel like paying. You are also restricted to how many hours you can work. For more info see: http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/YoungPeople/Workandcareers/index.htm

not really, legally your not aloud to work under 16 unless its a family business and even then your only legally aloud to work very few hours a week!
you could get a job as a paper boy, you could offer to do jobs for neighbours such as cutting there grass, clean windows, fix things, dog walking, babysitting, or maybe just ask if they need anything done around the place. you could also work with the milk man, even chance it and ask in a news agence or coffee shop.

it 16 because that s the llegal age to register for tax but u dont have to pay tax on a part time job but u still have to register

Yes, you can only legally work a certain amount of hours though and as long as it sin't too laborious.
I was working when i was 14.

of course you can, you just can't legally work behind a cash register until your 16 or sell alcohol or tobacco till your 18
