good - mythology and folklore, its really pretty, its friendly enough, the pubs great craic and good atmosphere, music, the people are fairly easy goin, helpful, and friendly, the humour, the drink, the 40 shades of green, tea

bad - the government, the crime, bono, daniel o donnell, the weather, the price of everything, RTE 1, thats pretty much it

I would think that the fact that there is no smoking in bars and cafes is a good thing.

Countryside, friendliness of people, sense of humour, interest in and practice of the arts, and the variety of people you find in Ireland now.

Bad things: the weather, politicians, gombeen men, greedy developers, bankers, business people, uncontrolled construction and horrible houses.
