if your mortgage is variable most banks have said because of the current climate they are not reducing the mortgage, but if you have a tracker mortgage it has to follow the ecb |

That depends on the type of mortgage you have. If you have a fixed rate mortgage, your interest rate might not drop at all. |

no, I have a tracker mortgage, linked to the ECB rate, and my mortgage has not come down. They were quick enough to put it up though.
