I've been told by RTE that the best way to get a response is to address your enquiry to a specific person, and send it by regular mail. Emails can get deleted, but having an actual letter on the desk makes a positive reply more likely.

You might never get a response to an email. I would phone the station instead, it would save a lot of waiting and wondering, and ask them if there are any of those cd's available and could you get one, don't know if you could get it signed or not but it's worth asking, they can only say no.
