With out a shadow of a doubt Oscar Wilde.

The greatest satirist of anytime. A self proclaimed genius who was, for once correct.

Socky comes a close second. :)

Collins or Bertie...no collins, definently collins

Michael collins
Statesman , administrator, Ireland's first spy. A one man empire destroyer. Shot in the back by dev and his Finna Faill ira scum.

Dev had only one good moment in history which was his rebuttal to churchill on Ireland's neutrality during WW2 other than that he was a B@st@rd

Did someone just write below that charlie haughy lead this country into good economic fortune.... Cause it seems to me like the Bollox took backhanders while he told the rest of us to tighten our belts. Paid the civil service too much money and left the country in economic ruins.
The Tallaght accord is what brought economic success to this country, we seriously could have had a blind one armed monkey as leader and we still would have had economic success, it wasent down to one person.
Haughy and Bertie would not have lasted as politicans in collins` era as Mick would have had them shot.

Bertie!!

He is an inspirational figure. He led by example and worked very hard. Both him and Charles Haughey led this country into the best economic times ever and the envy of the world.
