They March on the 12th to celebrate the Battle of the Boyne.'Cept the Battle of the Boyne didn't happen on the 12th it happened at the beginning of July round the 4th.It was due to the Pope that the date got changed to the 12th. and since then all Orangemen celebrate on a day designated by a Catholic Pope.Oh the irony.LOL!

Elegante same here, my grandfather was an orangeman and a devout Christian, back in the 40's when the members were decent human beings. Can't say the same now. As for the other flute bands etc (known up here as 'kick the pope' bands) The members of them are thugs and they are followed by ugly 14 year old slappers in mini skirts carrying a 3 litre bottle of White Lightening and the bigoted Scottish plebs who make the journey over to torture us for a week.
