Seachtain na Gaeilge - Is anyone making an attempt to speak some Irish this week?

I've replied to the bilingual TV licence renewal form by sending in the Irish version of the Direct Debit form, and have contacted the ESB to ask them to send future bills in Irish, but I haven't tried using Irish in shops or anything.

I've been speaking Irish at work, but since I teach in a Gaelscoil, there is nothing new there.

I think everyone should write in their profiles a bit as Gaeilge this week

Yup! I love seachtain na Gaeilge, our school does different stuff every day of the week for it!

And I agree with putting Irish on your profile!

Dia dhuit! Is mise Holly agus táim 13 bliain d'aois.
Labhraím an Gaeilge gach lá, téim go scoil lán gaeilge.
Is aobhainn liom an teanga! Is rud an bronach é nach bhfuil an cuid is mó de Éire in ann an Gaeilge á labhairt, ach sin an rud iontach faoi Seachtain Na Gaeilge, thugann sé spreagadh ullmhór do daoine na Eirinn an gaeilge á labhairt don dhá seachtaine seo. =]

I am kind of but it's not because of Seachtain na Gaeilge, it's because my orals are coming up.
