Evans does from a size 16-32. There's an Evans in Liffey Valley, Blancharstown, Henry Street all in Dublin.
There's also an Evans in Derry also.

New Look does an Inspire range that does up to size 22/24 and bigger in some cases. I'm not sure if they do formal dresses or not. There's a new look in Liffey Valley.

Debanhams also does formal wear up to size 22/24. There's one in Blancarstown and Henry Street.

Good Luck. = )

Start with department stores, but if you are willing to go the expense, get one made for you.

Try Debenhams and Principles

There are a few possibilities on Grafton Street, and I would try BTs and hang the expense.
