Oh hi!

I read an answer of yours earlier and added you as a contact.
You sound very enthusiastic about ireland. Email me if you want.
I like Sligo. 2 of my sisters live there so I go there a lot. lol.

EDIT: OMG Narnia F- your so rude.
They are travellers-as in the travelling community. Dont call them knackers. They dont murder people. Most of them dont do drugs- ok some of them steal but not all of them. A lot of them are very nice people. Nicer than some of the settled community.

PS: I like Cork too. My dads from Crosshaven.

See where you can find work. That's the place you should go. It might be Sligo or Shannon, or any one of dozens of other places.

sligo definatly

i lived in ireland for the first 14 years of my life then i moved :(

i miss it so much!

i lived in cork, (which is amazing! i strongly recomend it!)

i said sligo because shannon is near limerick, practically inside it,

this information you wont really find on the internet so i think you should know it.

in ireland we call the people who obsesivly drink, do pott, smoke, rob and cause trouble, murder and basically cause chaos ''knackers'', there are these kind off people throughout ireland but most of them are in dublin and limerick, so therefore shannon. the knackers are scary and are equivillant to ''gansters'' in america

sligo has practically no knackers and sligo is much much better, scenery wise and people wise. so i would say sligo.

but if you want to know about cork i can tell you.

cork is amazing, it has brilliant shopping, the most friendly people, breathtaking scenery of hills, mountains and ocean as it is the county in ireland which has the largest coastline, you can go whale and shark spotting, there are some knackers in certain areas.. but not as much as shannon, and there not as extreme or violent, in the county side there are bearly any. but cork is so much fun aswell, its peacefull, theres wildlife, its quiet and i just feel like its heavan on earth really

all of ireland is.

i adore the way your moving there, great deciton,

i hope my advise helped you and i really do wish you the best of luck.

bye!

Narnia

I was born and bred in Sligo and yes like every town/City in Ireland we have our fair share of "Knackers" but its generally rare enough you would find trouble but it can happen likee anywhere else in the world

To answer the question its really upto you to decide Sligo i appreciate is a lovely place but after a while u kinda run outta things to do except drink Shannon is more centrally located to Limerick and Cork

Bluebell is right ms Candle (if thats your real name). the job market is the deciding issue in such debates. and both are beautiful

Sshhhh! It's Podge and Rodge
Spend 6 months of the year in both.
Rodge and I were torn between Nobber and Termonfeckin so we spend half the year in one town and the other half in the other.
