I'd say a trip to a folk pub would be a definite must. If you've not seen live Irish music you've missed out.
Also, depending on how much travelling you've done, I'd say a trip to a catholic church, or even better a monastry/nunnery would be interesting. Being that I'm from a protestant country, going to Notre Dame de Paris was really interesting, especially as there was some sort of religious observance going on when I went. |

There are various museums in Dublin, there is the natural museum, national museum and the Chester Beatty library as well as a few art galleries if your into that. There is also a tour that will take you to different locations around Dublin including thre Phoenix park and the zoo.
For night life there are plenty of restaurants and bars especially around temple bar and dame street. |
