The eflow.ie website provides 3 different solutions...
1) Tag Account which sends a radio signal when you pass under the toll booth -This is €2 with a €1 monthly charge for the tag..
2) Video Account which records your reg plate - This is €2.50.
3) Post-Pay Unregistered - where you can pay a toll by 8pm that evening if you don't wish to register. This is €3.

Some people are going through with plastic bags over their reg plate which is quite sad.

You can pre pay but you have to register. Go onto www.eflow.ie and you will get the options. If you don't want to register you can pay online before 8pm the following day but you pay more.

get an easy pass tag then you have €150 credit and when you reach this limit this amount is taken by direct debit

you can go into the town that runs along side the toll bridge so you bypass the toll bridge all together and do no pay- if you are really that short of money- it's only e1.50
