the number says Fax +353 1 8121676 what exactly do i dial into the fax dial pad .. i have tried 00353 1 8121676 ... could not be connected .. anyone know
To dial from Australia to Ireland is not just a simple changing the + to 00. For voice calling, it's usually 0011 - country code - area code - phone number.
For faxing, it depends if it's a Telstra or a Singtel Optus service:
1) Telstra : 0015 --> 0015-353-1-8121676
2) Singtel Optus : 0019 --> 0019-353-1-8121676

That looks correct, I would suggest investigating if the 00 is correct from Australia.
Otherwise it might be one of those phone/faxes at the other end, and they have it switched to phone.

that seems alright contact the person u are sending it to as the number may be incorrect but +353 is the irish code and 1 is the dublin code so must be a problem at this side
