in belfast city centre there is this place called the inshops. i dunno if your familiar with it. but in there is a place called " the other side". they are the best piercing place in belfast to go to. they are reallly clean etc. much better than a manky hairdressers.
ask for stu. he's the best piercer.
good luck!
and dont listen to any of those people. i think nape piercrings are lovely!

The Shadow
Outside or round the back of The Bunch of Grapes any Friday/Saturday night.

Queen of the Stone Age
Don't know bout Belfast I'm afraid, but if you're willing to travel, I'd highly recommend Ringinmathing in Derry, really clean & professional.

In belfast, piercing is very popular, so much so the kerbs are painted Red white and blue.
If you are in one of these "piercing" areas you should Start chanting the following " Low lie the fields of athenry". this is the belfast piercing mantra and shortly after a local piercing merchant should be on hand to pierce your neck, elbows and kneecaps, the latter two will be done free of charge, so everybody wins.
Enjoy and remember to ask if a king billy is the same as a prince albert, as they both invlove pricks
