What's the best castle in Ireland for an overnight stay?

I'm taking a trip to Ireland in the fall. One of the nights I would like to stay in a castle. Suggestions on the "best" one, and reasons why??

I stayed in Dromoland Castle while I was in Ireland. I loved it!

Ashford castle-that is where the Quiet man was filmed and it's very elegant and upscale.

Just a random uneducated guess, but try out the Loch Ness Castle near the lagoon.

White Castle. Lots of grubbin food there.

Kilkea Castle in Kildare is a very beautiful castle and they have wonderful accomodations and service. It is one of the few castles left in Ireland that is inhabited by its owners. Of course their Quarters are seperate from the guests, but it is still very much worth the stay and very affordable.
