it's not cold she wont need a heavy jacket but a few hoodies. and it is on and off rain

Katie
Its been chainging constantly over the past few weeks. One day its lovely, the next its raining. Its not cold at all though. That said, I am irish so our definitions of "cold" may differ..lol.. Anyway, i'd say bring a light jacket in case it rains.

Bottom line, it's usually low to mid 50's and overcast. Suggest dressing like it's early spring. Bring an umbrella for it usually rains this time of year. Also bring a sweatshirt/sweater. If you are going to be near the coast one or two days, it gets brisk.

we are having a cold spell. Tell her to bring layers, as it will be cold and windy one minute, and quite warm the next. Bring a rain jacket too, and sunglasses! We are halfway through the change from spring to summer and it's really really changeable.

scottie
Just bring a light rain jacket in case of showers. If its heavy rain just jump into the nearest pub.

They will need a weather resistant wind breaker and a hat just to be safe.
