November - already into Winter Time so days are short. The bleak end of the year - grey skies, plenty of rain. February mostly still bleak. Could have snow, hailstones, cold winds. March brought daylight saving on 8th, so longer days again. This year March was very pleasant - it is usually cold and windy for the St. Patrick's Day parades and for Easter, but this year it was lovely. A prettier time of year too, with all the greenery blossoming, lambs in the fields, and new life springing up everywhere. We didn't have any torrential rain either.
Given your choice of dates, I'd go for March, but keep in mind that our 40 shades of green are the result of rain, any and all times of year.

Just after Christmas can be the Worst Time of all, between January February right into March With Rain ,Snow and Sleet

It Depends some Years it is not so bad at this time,March can be very Pleasant.

This Year we have had a few very good Days in March followed by a Week of miserable Weather then great for a while then more Rain.

Usually it gets good between June July August and sometimes September,These Months are Traditionally our Summer Months.

But unfortunately we can get very Rainy Weather some Years.

Last Year from March the Weather was Beautiful and Warm up to the first Days in June say up to the 4th then from then onwards we had a miserable Summer of Wet Weather.

Then we had a very Cold Winter like the rest of Europe but sightly Milder than the Continent.

Try and come in March the Weather is getting better then.

Cold, wet, windy, damp, sunny, frosty, sleet, snow, but usually rain in one of it's myriad forms...

Our weather depends on the storms pushed across the Atlantic from North America, they all get funneled straight over us.

I was there in March and I thought it was pretty nice. Some days we needed winter coats but then again some day I could wear short sleeves. There was a lot of wind but not unpleasant. It only rained one day of the week. Hope you have nice weather too:)

Anybody's guess. Sorry.

The weather in Ireland is famous for its unpredictability. You want guaranteed good weather, go somewhere else.

Irish weather is not for the faint-hearted.

I live in Ireland. Its cold, windy and rainy from end of October to the beginning of May. This winter was very cold, we had -10 C one night and quite a lot of snow (I live in quite a high area)

March sometimes has a dry day or 2 but there's no guarantee. Our "summer" is usually 2 days in June, about the 26th usually try to visit then if you can.
