 Is Ireland a completely non-smoking country as I have heard it is?
I would like to visit Ireland, but have heard it is a non-smoking country, as a smoker this would not be a good visit for me if I got there and did not know this.

Not sure this is unique to Americans, but I do enjoy a good corned beef hash with some eggs and toast.

That or a wonderful kiss from a sweet, Irish, redheaded lass I know. *sigh* That would make any man forget he's hungry!

Full Irish breakfast or an Ulster fry. And then a long nap to try and digest it. Anything with sausage or rashers really.

Not really unique to Americans though. For that, boxty (which is sort of like a latke) might be a good choice.
