What's your favourite county in Ireland?

And why?

Galway is the most beautiful and 'true Ireland' of all the counties. Connemara is bursting with wildlife that is unique to that area and a large part of Galway is in the Gaelteacht ( parts of Ireland where Gaelic is spoken), which is something I love as I'm very proud of my native language. Also Galway city is full of pubs, shops, restaraunts and really friendly people.

But a word of warning if you plan on traveling there BRING A GOOD MAP!!! Galway seems to be very anti-roadsign, so getting lost is almost unavoidable. : )

tujunga
I think Galway as it has a bit of everything Ireland has to offer.

Cork because it is the largest county and the people there are great
