Not sure exactly what you mean but I wouldn't think there are many places that would accept them? Are you looking to buy someone a gift in Ireland? If so maybe look at getting http://www.giftvouchershop.ie/20Detail.asp?mode=an&ProductID=602&AreaID= These are great as they are accepted in most places.

I live in the US but am from Ireland & this is where ll my family are.

You can buy an itunes voucher & give it to them. (you have to do it like a voucher, you can't use the gift function to give to someone whose itunes account is registered outside of your country of itunes regustration).

What I have found is the best way to give gifts to people in Ireland is to go on ebay.ie. The sellers will generally be located in the UK or in Ireland. This means the will get the items far quicker than if you mail yourself from the US. Also you don't then have to deal with going to the post office & th customs declaation & pay the fortune involved in mailing to Ireland. I know it's not the info you were exactly looking for but hopefull you will find that info useful.

I really don't think any gift cards work between the two nations, would be complicated will the whole differnt curencies etc etc.

Good luck!

Your best bet will be the bank issued gift cards (like visa or American express gift card) which are accepted anywhere visa or American express cards are accepted.
