The legal drinking age is 18, but enforcement varies - in cities most pubs are fairly strict but some rural pubs or pubs in smaller towns tend to be a little more lenient - if you look 18 or thereabouts you are not always asked for ID. Most clubs have a higher age requirement - usually 21 - but many clubs in Ireland have a door policy that depends on whether or not the doormen like the look of you - if they don't you won't get in no matter what age you are. |

It's 18. Although they are not nearly as strick as the U.S., you will likely be carded at clubs if you look young, pubs not so much but does happen. |

18 and yea some places are weird and wont let anyone under 21 in but there's not a lot of them about
As long as you have an ID and are over 18 you won't have a problem getting in to most places |

18 although a lot of clubs won't let you in until you are 21 or even 25 in some cases. |
