Well evan bro i'll b quite frank with u ....if u r just thunkin of movin 2 ireland 2 enjoy the countryside then bravo man gud choice! u might find some galway girl as well!!! but if u intend 2 find work there as well then ...i won't say u won't find any but it's better if u find one first before going there. it's quite tight there...well as is in any other place but it's a general advice!
so there are loads of beautiful places there... but i'll suggest to u Galway because its a countryside county has lots of beautiful sceneries but at the same time has all the city type facilities as well, otherwise you have dublin the complete city, limerick the complete countryside n there r several others as well but Galway would top the list!
oh by the way, i live in Dublin myself !
http://www.galway.net/ will give u a good idea of the place
CHEERS MAN!!!

luke thats not my name
wicklow is nice for country side.....southside dublin for the city-u dnt want the knackers from northside(no offence), cork for medium sized city, dont move to limerick....the weather is really bad...id recomend dublin, galway or wicklow

Icebeam
Friendly people...good beer...

Not at the moment. Country in dire straits. Stay clear for a while til the economy builds up. Try get a trade from home, if you don't have one, then consider checking out jobs on
www.monster.ie
www.fas.ie
and see how you go from there, main thing is get work first.

'Country cities'? You mean country town, surely, Ireland doesn't really do cities.

Now is not a good time to move to Ireland, because the economy is going through a slowdown, and we employ our own first.
