there are great pubs, nightclubs and restaurants in every city around the world, so try to spend more time seeing the sights and land marks like: the G.P.O., the Natural History Museum, Croke Park, The Book of Kells in Trinity, Dublin Castle, Christchurch and of course the Phil Lynott statue!

Anywhere in the Phoenix Park is good depending on the time of year you visit. Its lovely in the summertime, cold in the rain, but magical in snow.

And then there is Temple bar for watered down drinks and horrible over priced food and nightclubs you'll have to sell a kidney to get into and remortgage the house to buy a drink.
Food and drink is much better and cheaper if you stray a little further past Temple Bar.

Enjoy Dublin. Its one of the oldest and freshest citys in Europe.

The Irish Rover
Any of the bars in Templebar, Eddie Rockets Cafe, Kilmainham Jail, Kitchen Nightclub

If you're there during the weekend, the Gaiety is a good night out, different types of music, dancing, etc. Not cheap to get in, but good fun.

The Guinness Storehouse, the Temple Bar section of town. I would try some shopping downtown as well. I would also reccomend seeing "The Book of Kells."
