You can now legally drive and have sex!! joking

Go to the cinema, start a sport like horseriding, start watching some new anime series' or something I dunno.

I love all these things but that's just me :)

you probably could get into clubs, and you'd actually have no problem buying alcohol....... not that I endorse that kind of carry on.......

I should be doing something else
Most local community halls run youth clubs on Thursday or Friday nights.

Youth clubs and all ages gigs/club nights, obviously there is no alcohol sold.

Or you could just hang around shopping centres or town like other teenagers kicking your heels.

Fenderbloke is wrong. You probably WON'T get into clubs if you're 17. You might... if you have a fake ID...but it would be a very lucky break.
They're usually very strict (in Dublin anyway...but rural areas are much more leniant about these kinds of things)

You could always get someone older to get you some drink and 'knacker-drink' in the great outdoors...ahhh childhood. (ha)

Oh and to answer your question....are you just taking a holiday here? There's loads of bus tours, museums, music festivals, (all-age) gigs, sports activities. It all depends on what part of Ireland you're visiting!

Hop ya have a good time!
