What do the irish think of?

dell moving all the jobs to poland
Additional Details
Cant help but think of the affect on limerick and ancillary services.

The Irish were just like kids who were given money for the first time in their lives. You cant blame them for indulging.

The question should be "What do the Irish think of the polish putting up signs in building sites in Poland saying 'No Irish', now, there's a discussion.
Scrooge by name, Scrooge by nature? If us Irish are such dirt, Ryanair are doing really cheap flights at the moment, talk to ya!!

I think they're doing the right thing, Ireland can't hog the wealth and jobs forever, now it's Eastern Europe's turn however unpleasant that may sound to someone who's lost their job at Dell, it has to come full circle

It's a real shame about the jobs going, but some people are taking it too personally. It's just how business works.

Guaranteed Irish!!!

totally agree with tid!!!!well said.everyone wanted to be here when things were good we over accommodated everyone sometimes at the expense of our own people now things are bad they all jump ship and look after their own and forget the money they made in Ireland maybe there is a lesson for us Irish to learn from all this.....look after your own and let the rest take care of themselves

capeverdeirishgirl
its how the whole thing works. people in usa probably complain about the jobs when they went to ireland.

sad how it happens but its just the way it is. the recession or no recession this was going to happen.

i think its terrible, dell were not loyal to the people that worked hard there for years just to make extra money, irish people should boycott buying dell computers

This is actually affecting my home city of Limerick. All the jobs for people
leaving school have diminshed and 140 million euro will be lost by the economy. A big problem

I don't care what do they think of it. The Polish will love it, they worked hard and they deserve it, now the Irish could stop drinking and messing around and start thinking a fast way of recovering. How this could be? Investing in building up hospitals, recruit more policemen, more universities, build up motorways... as they do in other civilized countries.

My response to Tid: The Polish will be absolutely right not to accept any Irish and I will treat all the Irish like dirt. Wherever I will be unless if they apologize for what they did to us.

Dont worry T.M Dell products are cheap and crap... No offense if your computer is Dell but the most of them are not really good. We won't buy them
