I know that right at this moment in a small village in Tipperary there is a very strange man wearing flashing reindeer antlers standing outside my gate singing a Nat King Cole song to one of my dogs. I have no idea who he is. Probably a friend of the dog - he meets odd types on his rambles... |

Well ive lived there for my whole life so i think i might be able to scoop up some info at the back of me head! i think you’ll like these facts because im actually giving you personal information which i have experienced. not some wikipedia rubbish/ enjoy.. =]
well to start with Ireland is THE most expensive country in Europe, (you can even research this) when i went to England to see the prices there i was shocked!
it had a terrible famine due to contaminated potato crops in 1847, this meant that practically all the irish people had to migrate ( mostly to America) that’s why most American names are Irish. Because they were their ancestors..!
irelands weather is super unpredictable! Really! at one time its sunny, two minutes later, BAM! rain!! next minute sun again.. Then a storm! Then maybe a calm breeze follwed by more sun then rain and maybe a hailstone shower.. You see where im coming from..
Ireland also has allot of polish people. this is because since Ireland is so expensive, even the lamest jobs... GET PAYED WELL!! really! a job in McDonalds in Ireland will get you a Mercedes in Poland!!!!!!!!
In Ireland we learn business studies at the age of 12. Yes 12. And we learn the, through out our education.
And we use euro. yes we do. since 2002.
there is also a stone which is located in blarney, cork which is quite magical, because it is said that when you kiss it you get the gift of gab (which means you’ll talk like crazy!) i kissed it many a times..!
the north of Ireland, northern Ireland is not part of the Irish republic, it is part of Brittan. this is because Ireland used to be part of England until it gained its independence in 1916 when Michael Collins signed a treaty in which the north of Ireland will remain in the control of England and the rest is ours!
Well that’s all I can think of now! Bye!
GOOD LUCK! |

dublin receives less annual rainfall than roma, london, new york, sydney and dallas. it is in fact not cold but enjoys mild temps year round.
december is the driest month(ask anyone in dublin, and since september you'd be hard pressed to find continous rain like in the summer) |
