It rains too much and the winter drags on too long thats what I think.

I live in the Republic of Ireland (County Cork) and right now I'm watching a 4ft wide river of water rushing past the end of my driveway, its rained for 24 hour solid.

I just got back from shopping, walking my dogs and feeding the hens and I'm cold, soaked, muddy and completely pissed off.

Sshhhh! It's Podge and Rodge

I love it. To be specific, I love the South West of Ireland; the scenery is wonderful and so are the people. It's a pity the weather is usually crap, but if you're lucky enough to catch some sunshine it's unbeatable.

saved_by_grace
I have never been but have always wanted to go. The scenery looks so pretty.

It's a beautiful country with amazing people. It does have its share of problems though, just like any country.

Ireland is nice place. I have just had to move back to London for work. The economy in Ireland is in a right mess. The government don't seem have a clue. They had a emergency budget here last week, and all they done was make the poor poorer. No work anywhere. Its also a very expensive place to live. even compared to London the prises of food and goods here are a joke. Its a nice place live if you have plenty of money and a big umbrella.

The Questioner
Ireland is a great country. It is one Nation but two states. Of course we have problems at present, what country has not. We have built it up, and we will do so again. Thank God we have peace in the Northern state, although we have seen those who would follow the path of evil once again murdering good people for their own evil ends. They do not speak or act in my name or in the name of 99.9% of those who live on the island of Ireland. Both sides in the North are drawing together, and the 99.9% on the island are drawing together. In time we will all agree on the way forward.

Crowkit
Which one?
