What does Ireland/the Irish consider to be a heat wave?

Show all answers

jk
Around 25°C or more. Once it get sto be more than 25°C like nearer 28/29 it makes the news (not just the weather forecast bit).

(thats 77F but we dont use Fahrenheit here)

70F is only 21°C thats not really a heat wave.

Ella's Mamaí
I agree with JK...anything over 25 hits the news lol

when the sun goes down
anything above 28celcius

70f is only 21 celcius and thats normal so not a heatwave

Viva La Eire!
in Celsius, around 25 for a few weeks! wish we had one now, its raining and miserable and has been for the last few days!
