jury's inn christchurch, it's about a five minutes walk from the venue, and nicely central for all the sights and shopping you might want to check out.

enjoy the concert! and make sure you're not thirsty going in, vicar street is a great venue but they tend to have trouble with the air condition and you'll often find yourself totally dehydrated about half into the event. i once nearly fainted seeing patti smith there.

jurys inn christ church you could visit the guinness brewery which is very near

Try The morgan .... http://www.themorgan.com/

I'd agree with the rest, Jurys in ChristChurch. It also close to the city centre and of course 'Burdocks' the famous fish & chip shop.

yes the Jurys Inn Christchurch is pretty good. You can check it out at this address http://tripter.co.uk/hotels/Ireland/Dublin/Jurys-Inn-Christchurch/229157/h/
if you enter your dates it gives you access to a map and more description and photos. If you zoom out on the map you get to see quite a few hotels in that area and their prices. It's handy

Check the following map:-

http://dublin.city-centre-hotels.com/dublin-hotels-map.html

This shows the location of several hotels in Dublin.

Vicar Street is on Thomas Street which is just west of High Street. The hotels 18, 19 and 2 are probably the closest.

Jury's Christchurch would probably be the closest, but Dublin is a small city centre and really ANY city centre hotel is 'close' to Vicar Street.
